Serving a product with a short shelf life comes with unique challenges. We
have intensive routines in place to ensure that the sushi we serve is always
fresh and of the highest quality.
Each of our chefs undergo 1-2 weeks of special training to ensure that
health standards are met and quality performance is achieved. Training
covers inventory management, safe food handling for perishable products, and
day to day operations instruction.
Our marketing strategies incorporate tactics such as serving free samples,
daily specials, and handing out menus. We offer catering and also make sushi
with quinoa and brown rice. Once a week, we offer a $5 special on more than
15 different items on a day of your choosing.
